BATHE takes all possible steps to maintain standards and confidence in its qualifications. One of these essential steps is to help users make disclosures on any matters of concern regarding the standards of BATHE qualifications. Such disclosures are often made confidentially and the process of making them is referred to as Whistleblowing.

Whistleblowing is when an individual wants to raise a concern about wrongdoing or malpractice which affects/could affect the standard of an BATHE qualification, its assessment and its reputation.

Such an individual might be a learner or member of staff in an BATHE approved centre and typical examples of concerns that may be of public interest are:

• Test /exam papers being available before they are due to be taken
• Falsification of assessment/verification records
• Fraudulent claims for certification which can include qualifications being bought without the coursework and assessments being properly completed.

We will treat all information as sensitively and confidentially as possible. We will always keep a whistleblower’s identity confidential unless required to do otherwise by law.

 

Our office hours are from Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5pm GST. We are closed during the weekend and on bank holidays.
