BATHE ensures that learners registered with BATHE are supported adequately by all means through IAG, Induction, APL, ILP, Study Materials, Resources, Qualified Tutors and Fair Assessments. BATHE has introduced an APL (Approval of Prior Learning) and an ILP (Individual Learning Plan) form for its learners and/or centres to be filled out by a suitably qualified tutor/coordinator and agreed by learners. Where appropriate, this takes place at the time of enrolment of each learner. Then Centres organise induction session for learners where a BATHE representative attends by invitation and explains the qualifications, progression routes and career prospects. The same is practised for on-campus training at BATHE Premises.
Learners admitted for any on-campus training at BATHE premises are assured that they have their access to tutors and advisors as well as physical resources including books, journals, publications, internet, personal tutoring and related pastoral care. They are given clear instructions on assessment, progression and career development along with their rights to fair assessment and grievance.
