BATHE Level 8 Diploma In Strategic Direction And Leadership

Equivalent to a Doctorate in Management the BATHE Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Direction and Leadership course is designed for directors and senior managers with responsibility for developing and implementing ethical and performance-driven strategy across multiple organisations, leading by example to inspire teams and provide clear direction.

This course offers concise learning to strengthen your current skills and build on your understanding of the roles and responsibilities of strategic management. With the BATHE Level 8 Strategic Direction and Leadership course you can choose to study at Award, Certificate or Diploma Level.

To study the BATHE Level 8 Strategic Direction and Leadership course you must be:

• Aged 19 or over
• Have a Level 7 qualification or equivalent
• And OR have been in a senior management position for at least 3 years
• English requirements: If a learner is not from a majority English-speaking country must provide evidence of English language competency.

Course content: 7 units (credit value of 140 credits or more). Learners must complete ALL units in Group A and 1 unit from Group B.

• All our BATHE certification courses are delivered via Moodle and in collaboration with the BATHE and Management Direct.

• Completion of a written assignment per unit (word count per assignment 4,000 to 4,500).
